Here's What You Need To Know About Energy
Everything is made of energy - What we see and what we don't see. a chair, a rock, your emotions, something traveling faster than we can see, something vibrating higher than we can hear. It's all energy.
Why Energy Stored In Our Body Can Be Less Than Optimal
The challenge for us is, the body stores energy as information. It chronicles all experiences and emotions, thinking you may need to have a reference of it later.
The problem is, you don’t. And, as soon as something occurs, the need for it on all levels is complete. Your lesson is learned, the location of that item in your environment, noted.
Break Free
To break free from how energy held in the body negatively impacts you, do this process. This process will take as much as 20 minutes the first time you do it, and will become a shorter process each time.
Do this process 1 time per week.
Step 1:
Start by sitting comfortably, your legs and hands uncrossed.
Ask that the space you are in and the energy field around you be protected.
Step 2: Form a Starting Intention
Intend (form a purposeful thought) to let energy leave that can leave at this time).
Step 3: Move The Energy From Your Mind
Give this part of the process 5 minutes. When you don’t feel any sensation, or the 5 minutes is done, whichever is first, you can move on to the next step.
Ask that all energy leave your mind that you don’t need anymore.
If you get thoughts or images, or can perceive it leaving, that is fine. Don’t examine it. Just let it go.
Step 4: Move The Energy From Your Heart
Give this part of the process 5 minutes. When you don’t feel any sensation, or the 5 minutes is done, whichever is first, you can move on to the next step.
Ask that energy leave your heart space that you don’t need anymore.
As this energy leaves, you may feel emotions. These are echoes of the energy that is leaving. Feel what you feel without falling into it or recalling it. Just let that energy move.
Step 5: Move The Energy From Your Body
Give this part of the process 5 minutes. When you don’t feel any sensation, or the 5 minutes is done, whichever is first, you can move on to the next step.
Ask the energy that can leave to leave from your arms, trunk, and legs. Let this energy move by giving it time to do so. You may feel pulsing, or other sensations of energy moving. This is normal.
Step 6: Renew Your Personal Energy
Give this part of the process 5 minutes. When you don’t feel any sensation, or the 5 minutes is done, whichever is first, you can move on to the next step.
Ask renewing energy to be granted to you now.
Ask your energy to balance.
Wait 5 minutes.
Hold a thought that you are done with this process and are returning to your regular life.
